Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment? The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 63(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to SB 63? YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Excused: Lincoln, Taylor and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(FIN) An Act providing for automatic waiver of juvenile jurisdiction and prosecution of minors as adults for certain violations of laws by minors who use deadly weapons to commit offenses that are crimes against a person, and relating to the sealing of the records of those minors. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cosponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
